. May 26, 1897, the book “Dracula” makes its arrival to bookshelves across London. Although Bram Stoker wrote 17 other novels it was “Dracula” that earned him literary fame. However, that fame didn’t come until his death, It wasn’t until 1920 that the book rose from its literary grave to entice readers into the darkness. Interestingly Mr. Stoker originally named the vampire “Count Wampyr”. Thankfully he came across the name Dracula forever changed Vampire lore.
